Job Responsibilities
Manage budgets, contracts, vendor/stakeholder relationships, and facilitate financial processes, with an emphasis on consolidating vendors where possible.
Plan community events like Freaky Fridays, BKX, Town Hall meetings, Q&A sessions, etc.
Assist with workspace services, including remote offices, space planning, support for team relocations and new hires, managing office supplies, maintaining pantry areas, overseeing AV/IT needs, enhancing office morale.
Handle real estate services, such as maintenance, repair, building services, and supporting real estate projects.
Support Booking&039;s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) communications and strategy related to sustainability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures, including participating as a representative in Fire Marshal and First Aider groups.
Manage hygiene services, which include cleaning and waste management.
Provide hospitality services by welcoming visitors, coordinating on- site vendor services, managing reception duties, and ensuring physical security.
Contribute to crisis management services by participating in the local incident response team (LIRT) and organizing the local response team during times of crisis.
Experience Requirements

3- 5 years of office management experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Workplace Services and fostering community within the organization.
