The Job description:
• Manage delivery cards to customers and work with vendors to deliver credit cards to cardholders.
• Monitoring vendor SLA for all requested services relating to issuing cards, embossing cards, delivery cards to customers.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Processing tasks relating to issuing credit cards including card embossing, re- issue card, renewal card, block/unblock card, terminate cards, …
• Process dispute, chargeback transactions with card scheme/acquiring banks when receiving complaints from customers.
• Process fee card collection, cash back reward to credit card.

Qualification:
• Proficient in MS Office, in particular, Excel
• Have problem- solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Have experience in Card Operation and strong experience in process dispute with card scheme and customer.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields
• Fluent in English
