Make an impact
- Ensure that all non- conformities are properly documented and investigated through monitoring and ensuring effective implementation.
- Responsible for the document control process including creation, management, organization, retention, and continually improving the existing procedures, work instructions, forms as well as records of the IMS to comply with legal, customer requirements, and ISO standards.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the expedient transfer of documents and required information.
- Provide support for the internal and external audit programs including organization, execution, and reporting to ensure compliance with company, legal, customer requirements and ISO standards.
- Track performance targets periodically and send the non- conformities to relevant parties.

- We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Ideally 1- 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international corporation.
- Education background in relevant majors, preferably in Business Administration or English major.
- Responsible, proactive, result- oriented and willing to learn.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details and good time management skills.
