• Meet all expectations of the position.
• Perform other associated duties as assigned
• Report writing and complete documentation
• Ensure that all tasks, assignments, projects either generated by a supervisor or self- generated are completed up to department standards
• Interact with internal customers via the telephone
• Follow instructions as to duties to be undertaken
• Be a reliable and dependable team member
• Use the in- house software applications and analyze information
• Use the CCTV and associated equipment to monitor activities in the casino and other areas
• Maintain a strong understanding of procedures of both the surveillance and other departments
• Detect inaccuracies and suspicious and illegal activities
• Follow department SOPs

• Previous rotating shift work experience preferred
• Customer service and delivery focused
• Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Good Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage.
• High School preferred
