Wordpress Content Specialist Night Shift Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Own copy handoff: provide copydocs with headings hierarchy, image captions, alt text, CTA links, and suggested UTMs; attach references when applicable.
Craft short- form ad banner copy (multiple variants for A/B), aligned to platform character limits and campaign goals, and coordinate layout with Designer team.
Work with Designers and Dev to request/insert visual assets and ensure layouts render correctly (Gutenberg/page builder).
After publishing, run GSC URL Inspection / Request Indexing and update the log in Google Sheets.
Set categories/tags, featured image, excerpt/slug; update Menus (Main/Footer/Sitemap HTML) when needed.
Develop long- form assets (eBooks, guides, checklists) from briefs/outlines; structure chapters, write callouts/captions, and coordinate layout with the Designer team.
Maintain quality: spelling/grammar, link checks, and basic accessibility (alt text, contrast/tap target flags).
Apply on- page SEO hygiene: clean headings, title/meta, alt text, internal links, OG/Twitter tags.
Working Hours & Location: Working hours: 19:00- 04:00 (1 hour break), off 2 Saturdays per month and all Sundays.
Publish in WordPress: formatting with Gutenberg, categories/tags, featured image, excerpt/slug; update Menus (Main/Footer/Sitemap HTML) when needed.
Write, edit, and publish content (Pages/Posts) in WordPress based on approved briefs and style guidelines.
Remote/ Work from home.
REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable working Night Shift.
Proven experience writing for web pages/LPs, ad banners and eBooks.
English (B2–C1) for reading briefs and writing concise updates.
Solid English copy‑editing and formatting; basic HTML/CSS for block/spacing fixes.
On‑page SEO hygiene: title/meta, alt text, internal links, OG/Twitter tags.
Hands- on WordPress publishing (pages/posts, menus, media).
Comfortable with Google Search Console (URL Inspection / Request Indexing) and Google Sheets logging.
Nice to have
Image optimization basics (WebP/ShortPixel); Pastel for review comments.
Gravity Forms (validation, notifications, Thank‑You page), Yoast, Redirection.
