Job Summary
We are looking for a YouTube Channel Optimizer to contribute to the development and growth of our YouTube channels and social media system by optimizing content and supporting strategies. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about content development on social media, especially on YouTube, with a marketing mindset, and are willing to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Research YouTube trends and competitors to identify channel concepts and propose ideas for audience and revenue growth.
Collaborate on strategies and issue solutions to enhance revenue and performance for potential high- growth channels.
Manage and optimize YouTube channels, ensuring consistent content updates and growth.
Operate and develop social media branding accounts for YouTube channels.
Monitor channel daily metrics to provide and operate actionable insights for improvement.

About your skills and equipment
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Analytical mindset with strong data skills to collaborate on strategy development.
Strong operational skills to optimize team workflows for scalable and efficient production.
Experience in problem- solving and tactic planning based on performance gaps.
Excellence in Vietnamese & English.
Preferred
Have experience in managing YouTube channels or other social media platforms.
Graduated in Marketing or have 1+ year of experience in the media industry.
A note on experience
Candidates who demonstrate strong potential but do not yet meet the experience requirements may be considered for an internship position.
