JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries and messages via designated channels (e.g., social media, messaging apps)
Actively encourage users to provide their phone numbers for further communication
Conversion Tracking:
Implement strategies to improve CVR and ensure consistent performance
Monitor and track daily conversion rates from messages to phone calls (CVR)
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging apps
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast- paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Be a responsible teacher to ensure student learning outcomes
Teach students ranging from 4- 14 years, and also older students/adults.
Most classes taught will be 1on1 classes.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 month teaching experience
Love and enthusiasm for teaching English to kids and adults
Teaching experience and teaching certificates such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, TESL, etc.
