JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and analytical
TikTok Operations Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, and have the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Location: 100% Remote, within Vietnam.
Employment Type: Full- time- No Moonlighting or Part- Time Work Allowed
Working hours: 40 flexible hours with 1 full day off per week
Probation: 02 months (100% salary)
Standard package: 10- 16 million VND/month
5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam’s official schedule.
Job Industry: Skincare- Main Markets: U.S. & Canada.
What you’ll do (Key responsibilities)
TikTok Operations Executive
Moderate TikTok LIVE sessions on our branded channel, ensuring smooth interactions and community engagement throughout each stream.
Manage and run deals under direct supervision, oversee giveaway operations with accuracy.
Conduct LIVE creator outreach & develop creator retention strategies, building strong relationships with high- potential creators and collaborating with them to brainstorm and refine live strategies.
Proactively suggest and execute improvements to LIVE operations based on experience, insights, and creative ideas.
Support new live- related projects or strategies assigned by the marketing team as they develop (these will expand over time as the role grows).
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred & bonus traits:
A friendly, persuasive, and charismatic personality with strong emotional intelligence; enjoys human connection and community building.
Previous experience with live moderation or live shopping management (experience in Vietnam is also highly valued).
Familiarity with Western culture and audience behavior (nice to have, not required).
Other requirements:
Excellent communication skills overall: articulate, clear, and confident with
strong communication skills in English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
Must have no ongoing commitments or obligations that would interfere with the role
BENEFITS
Standard package: 10- 16 million VND/month

What you’ll do (Key responsibilities)
Digital Product Executive (preferably Hanoi) Analyze customer pain points and behavioral trends to provide actionable insights that guide product decisions and maintain a clear roadmap for website enhancements.
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer experience, and development teams to identify and implement continuous website improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute new website features, landing pages, and email campaigns that enhance user engagement from start to finish, including competitive and industry research, idea prioritization, UI/UX design, developer coordination, testing, performance monitoring, and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS

You pick up new concepts quickly, learning new tools and technologies related to e- commerce and UI/UX design. (Figma, Trello, Backend admin, Shopify)
