About the Role
Digital Unicorn is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the product development lifecycle, you will work closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring successful delivery of digital solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies
Create detailed documentation including BRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases
Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping
Participate in testing, validation, and acceptance processes
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements
Ensure traceability and alignment between business goals and delivered solutions
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or digital projects
Strong analytical and problem- solving mindset
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
Proficient in creating and managing BRD, SRS, and product documentation
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
