MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is based in Vietnam and reports directly to the Online Manager.
The Online Executive will support the Online Manager in driving TikTok Shop operations and Content Management to build brand awareness, increase consumer engagement, and deliver strong revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Effectiveness
· Track and monitor stock forecasting, demand planning, and stock allocation for TikTok Shop channels.
· Manage and maintain TikTok Shop operations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and consumer experience standards.
· Coordinate with supply chain and brand teams for stock availability, GWPs, collaterals, and charge- out processes.
· Oversee product listing, pricing updates, and campaign enrollment with platform partners.
· Conduct regular QA on content, product information, and store pages to ensure accuracy.
Livestreaming Planning & Execution
· Define livestream sales targets, commercial offers, and KPI tracking.
· Develop and maintain livestream calendar (BAU, campaign- led, KOL lives).
· Monitor livestream performance and provide feedback to optimize results.
· Work closely with platform partners, agencies, and beauty advisors to schedule and execute livestreams.
Content Planning & Management
· Align social commerce content planning with brand marketing calendars, including brand and affiliate short videos planning for TikTok Shop.
· Develop monthly content calendars per brand, integrating:
TikTok trends and creative opportunities (via tools like TikTok Creative Center, TikTok MarketScope, Quilt.AI) that are locally relevant
Promotional activities and TOA concepts with local relevance
Content thematics focus aligned with brand equity
Brand calendar with NPL (New Product launch)
Consumer Insights
· Coordinate paid media amplification for branded and creator content.
· Source, review, brief, and manage creators/affiliates/BAs/KOLs for content.
· Source and localize global video assets for market fit.
· Ensure consistent cadence of short video posting & media boosting.
· Lead ideation for branded short videos; coordinate with content agencies and BAs for production.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
· Generate performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
· Provide actionable recommendations to improve content, campaigns, and livestream ROI.
· Continuously optimize content and TikTok Shop operations based on data analysis and commercial KPIs.
Other Tasks
· Support ad- hoc projects and assignments from the Online Manager as needed.
