JOB DESCRIPTION
Working as a part of the Technical Solutions Department, your role will be responsible for:
Customer Support
Qualifying and tracking the issues/inquiries raised by end- users
Being the first- line supporter for customers seeking technical assistance within the client’ group
Working closely with the Global Support Team to resolve clients’ issues
Product
Receiving client feedback and supporting the Shift Leader in collecting information to propose and prioritize product features for the Line Manager
Testing and validating product quality before release
Localizing the product language to Vietnamese to ensure it is understandable for non- technical users
Proactively monitoring the product and tracking bugs.
Technical Writer
Composing User Guide/User Manual/ New Feature Blog Post for end- users
Translate Product Documents and related documents to Vietnamese/English
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in technical support or related fields is a plus
Currently a university student of a recognized institution (preferably 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year students)
Good communication in both verbal and written of Vietnamese and English
Customer empathy
Passionate about technical products and understanding of customer needs
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to learn new things quickly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our professional, open, and innovative team. Ideal candidates have at least 1- year prior experience in B2B sales, preferably experience in consulting SaaS, technology, or education solutions for clients. Above all, we are looking for individuals who are self- starters and passionately committed to achieving ambitious targets through proactive effort and a whatever- it- takes mentality.
Key Responsibilities
Work and collaborate with cross- functional team members to optimize processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
Drive cross- functional relationships, especially across large and complex environments.
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in Vietnam, and build long- term trusting relationships with customers in the education and corporate training sectors.
Community- building activities to enable deeper engagement with the ecosystem across events, conferences, and other initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products
Bachelor’s degree or above
Ability to successfully leverage partnerships to achieve strong business results
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
At least 1 year of B2B Sales, business development experience, preferably in the SaaS , technology, education sectors
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
Ability to collaborate and create innovative solutions to solve difficult challenges
Working knowledge of the sales process, CRM software, and sales performance metrics
Good at communicating in English is a must
