Business Platform Tech Family (BPTF) is a platform TF with the mission to create an easy- to- use platform that empowers every Southeast Asian business to connect, engage, and transact with Grab consumers.
To contribute to the above mission, the Business Listing team is one of the frontline teams aiming to create great value propositions for consumers to discover, connect, and engage with businesses on Grab. This is an exciting journey to connect business and consumer experiences and build a value proposition for this two- sided product. It will also be very challenging as we navigate through all uncertainties on the path of establishing Product Market Fit.

As a Product Manager Intern, you will collaborate with our Vietnam and regional teams based in Singapore. Your role will involve market landscape analysis and product ideation to refine our product strategies and execute part of the strategy through product development. Your contributions at Grab will directly impact our product and user experience. Additionally, you will have numerous opportunities to engage with various organizational stakeholders, gaining insights into Grab&039;s success stories and growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Potential projects will focus on 2 main areas:Enhancing the experience for potential Grab merchant partners: Understand the diverse user segments and their needs, brainstorm ways to streamline the process for prospective merchant partners to establish a presence on Grab with minimal yet effective verification processes.Improving new content discovery experience for Grab users: Understand the various use case scenarios and corresponding user needs in discovering and engaging with new content and merchant listings on Grab, identify key pain points along the user journey, and prioritize the top problem to solve.
For each project, you will gather market and user insights, conduct competitor research, propose solutions, map out the product roadmap, and take it into execution.
Lead and execute product development initiatives, including defining project scope, developing product user stories, and participating in product development processes such as grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retrospective meetings to enhance user experience in a zero- to- one product.
