JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and detail- oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions. The HR Intern will gain practical experience by assisting with day- to- day HR operations and contributing to ongoing HR projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support day- to- day HR administration, respond to or escalate employee inquiries, and provide HR guidance where appropriate.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from hiring request to probation evaluation.
Assist in creating, improving, maintaining, and executing HR processes and initiatives
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Maintain accurate, compliant, and up- to- date HR records while ensuring data consistency to support reporting and analytics.
Support other HR projects and additional tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.

EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Proactive, eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and able to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Canva or other design tools is an advantage.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
