Jenfi solves this problem by helping businesses fund their actual growth, including Facebook ads, Google ads, digital marketing campaigns, and growth- related initiatives by providing them with non- dilutive growth capital.
Job Overview
The candidate is expected to clearly articulate the case specific requirements / feedback to sales and customers thus acting as a key enabler
The Junior credit analyst will work closely with the credit team memebers to perform the credit underwriting and risk management responsibilities, one of the most crucial roles within Jenfi.
This individual will execute Jenfi’s country- specific credit underwriting strategies, including the coordination with sales, customers and other internal stakeholders to effectively underwrite new opportunities while reducing credit delinquencies.
Another integral part of the role is working closely with the product and engineering team to provide direct input into the long- term development of Jenfi’s automated underwriting systems.
What your day- to- day will look like:
Monitor and action on individual and portfolio level credit performance
Identify opportunities to improve the existing underwriting and credit analysis framework for the Vietnamese market, contributing to the evolution of the Credit Analysis Unit. Stay up to date on the latest industry and market trends
Collaborate on technical matters with the product and engineering team to improve the automated data extraction and processing of various types of data and data sources
Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
Visit customer business to understand more on business model and assess risk
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate for information requests and follow ups with prospective companies.
Responsible for the underwriting of loans involving alternate data which involves cash flow data related to banking and billing/payments data , financials and other data sources like marketing and credit bureau information
Execute key underwriting activities, such as credit scoring and risk assessment, due diligence in accordance with Jenfi’s policy guidelines of prospective companies in the pipeline
You will thrive if you have:
Bonus: direct early stage fintech experience
Adept at working collaboratively as part of a team, actively contributing to the leadership, sales, product, and engineering departments.
Excellent coordination skills to effectively liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
Creative thinker with strong bias to action exhibiting a “can- do” attitude
1+ years of relevant credit risk experience, including underwriting, KYC process compliance, risk management
