ROLE OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Consultant role focuses on building and client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Responsibilities include driving business growth through sales, new client acquisition, and ensuring successful candidate placements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business goals.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving business needs and recommend appropriate recruitment solutions.
Business Development
Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company&039;s client base and market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, client meetings, and market research.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service agreements to potential clients, demonstrating how our recruitment solutions can meet their staffing needs.
Recruitment Delivery
Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and other value- added services to ensure their recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including setting expectations, providing candidate feedback, and negotiating offers.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match client requirements with top- tier candidates, timely and successful placements.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors activity, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
Use data- driven insights to guide client conversations and develop customized recruitment strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong interest in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry, or proven experience in recruitment or business development, with a focus on client engagement.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self- motivated, driven, and passionate personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long- term client relationships.
Fluent in English.
