Main responsibilities
• Other admin supportive tasks to be discussed and aligned according to current needs.
• Support to local procurement and internal stakeholders to maintain supplier & contract database, create Purchase Order (PO).
• Support procurement team with onboarding process of new suppliers.
• Contract and PO compliance: Drive and ensure compliance with local procurement process with stakeholders.
• Be the go- to person for day- to- day procurement administration activities across all direct & indirect categories and MRO.
• Set up meetings and aligned agenda with procurement team.
Requirements

• A get things done attitude and the ability handle many projects at the same time.
• Final- year students preferable economics, supply chain, materials (paper, plastics).
