Evan Coaching LLC is a thriving remote- based company focusing on education and marketing services for Vietnamese Americans in The U.S. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in building marketing funnels for education businesses. The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of experience working with Social Media, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, Chatbot, and CRM systems. The role involves developing and executing effective digital campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospects into loyal customers for our business and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing funnels tailored to the education sector.
Design and execute performance marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing customers for our business and clients’ business.
Manage omnichannel marketing system, including social media, website, and paid advertising.
Manage and leverage CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data- driven insights to optimize and improve results.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing industry.
Identify new opportunities and channels to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
Qualifications:
3- 5 years of proven experience in a management role in digital marketing, specifically in marketing funnel building for education businesses.
Proficient in CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and their application in the education sector.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision- making.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast- paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with omnichannel content strategy and funnel building.
Experience with advertising and marketing automation tools, and knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
