Position: Business Development Intern

CRCC Asia is an international education organisation that facilitates international professional development programs in 10+ cities in 11 countries globally, including China, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Mumbai, France, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
Partnership Retention & Expansion
Help maintain partnerships through newsletters and updates.
Generate leads, remove duplicate data, and conduct online outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other tools) to identify potential host companies.
Support the BD team in communications and onboarding of host companies.
Assist with email campaigns, including proofreading, contact list preparation, and company- focused social content.
Placement Support
Communicate with candidates to set expectations and provide application updates.
Coordinate with other CRCC Asia departments on visa and administrative support.
Support the BD team in sourcing candidates and matching them with suitable companies.
Additional Tasks
Complete assignments based on the intern’s skills, interests, and manager direction.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION:
Experience in project management or communications preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and time- management skills; able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Adaptable, proactive, and creative in solving problems.
Detail- oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Self- motivated, independent, and able to take ownership of tasks.
Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Growth mindset with openness to learning and feedback.
