[OPAL] HCM - Graphic Designer

Graphic designer collaborates with other team members of creative studio and departments to making all design projects, from conception to delivery; executes designs of client&039;s visuals, for different media platforms (Digital, Print, OOH, Event concept layout). He must be creative and conceive unique and innovative designs, capturing the essence of the brand and appealing to its target audience.
SCOPE OF WORK
To produce designs that get our clients&039; messages across with high visual impact. Tasks are likely to include:
Coming up with design concepts that fit the client&039;s needs, client’s style, art trends
Finding out about the project requirements (taking a &039;brief&039;)
Creating final designs, proofs
Presenting options for design execution
Help to source and manage freelancers for photo- video shooting
Amending designs according to the clients&039; final comments

Associate or bachelor degree in graphic design, communications, or a similar profession;
A good sense of aesthetics with passion for the fashion industry, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities;
Experience with digital and motion design;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design;
Proficient in meeting deadlines, multitasking, and teamwork.
English proficiency
Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions;
