[Open for Fresher] Online Enforcement Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
BrandShield is looking for an Online Enforcement Specialist to join our team and help combat online brand abuse. In this role, you will work closely with Enforcement Managers and Threat Hunters to identify, investigate, and mitigate intellectual property violations, counterfeiting, and fraudulent online activities. Your attention to detail and expertise will help safeguard global brands from digital threats. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the protection of brands across various online channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work proactively to take action against infringing content through takedowns, cease- and- desist letters, and other enforcement strategies to protect brand integrity.
Stay up- to- date with the latest online fraud tactics, infringement trends, and counterfeiting strategies to continuously enhance BrandShield’s defense capabilities.
Gather intelligence on potential infringing sites, sellers, and actors in the online space using advanced search techniques, including domain research, social media monitoring, and digital footprint analysis.
Identify and escalate high- risk cases and persistent violators to senior enforcement teams, ensuring swift resolution and preventive measures.
Assist in the development of more efficient investigative processes and tools, ensuring that BrandShield remains at the forefront of online brand protection.
Conduct comprehensive online investigations to identify and track illegal online activities that harm brand reputation, including trademark infringements, counterfeit sales, and intellectual property violations.
Monitor and review various digital platforms, such as websites, e- commerce sites, social media, and marketplaces, to identify unauthorized use of brand assets and online fraud.
Prepare thorough investigation reports that document violations, enforcement actions, and any discovered threats or vulnerabilities, ensuring a clear and actionable summary for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Enforcement Managers and Threat Hunters, to uncover and address emerging threats across the digital landscape.

REQUIREMENTS (No prior experience needed)

Proficiency in web- based research tools and office applications.
Strong English reading and listening skills; basic speaking ability is acceptable.
Self- motivated, results- driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (technical or analytical orientation preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Strong analytical and research skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

Monday – Friday: From 13:00 – 22:00 (Afternoon shift)
SALARY: 8.000.000VND(open to negotiate)
