We are seeking dedicated and motivated candidates to join the Registrar’s Office at various levels. Team members in the Registrar’s Office contribute to the management and support of key functions related to academic records, registration, reporting, and student information systems.
Depending on rank and experience, responsibilities may include supporting the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of student data; assisting with process improvement initiatives; and ensuring smooth, efficient enrollment and academic services for students and faculty. Members of the Registrar’s Office work closely with colleagues across Academic Affairs, Student Services, and other institutional units to uphold the university’s academic mission. Successful candidates will contribute to policy implementation, system and workflow enhancements, and high- quality service delivery, while fostering a culture of professionalism, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Team members in the Registrar’s Office support a wide range of academic operations and student services. Responsibilities will vary depending on rank, experience, and specific assignment, and may include but are not limited to the following:
Academic Operations and Policy Support
• Support the alignment of Registrar processes with institutional priorities and academic needs.
• Provide guidance on academic regulations, degree requirements, and compliance with internal, governmental, and accreditation- related policies.
• Assist with the development, interpretation, and implementation of academic policies and procedures in collaboration with faculty and academic leadership.
Student Services and Records Management
• Facilitate processes related to transcripts, enrollment verifications, and transfer credit evaluation and posting.
• Support student enrollment, registration, and course scheduling to ensure a smooth and timely academic experience.
• Monitor student records for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with academic regulations.
• Collaborate with Deans and Academic Affairs on course planning and the publication of the academic calendar and term schedules.
• Participate in faculty committees or internal administrative groups when assigned.
• Assist in managing degree audits and verifying graduation eligibility.
Student Information Systems (SIS) and Data Integrity
• Assist with student data collection, reporting, and analysis to support institutional planning and decision- making.
• Assist with the development and upkeep of the Registrar’s Office portal, including forms and documentation.
• Contribute to the setup, implementation, and ongoing use of the degree audit system.
• Work closely with the IT department to develop, implement, and refine tools, systems, and workflows that improve Registrar operations and student services.
• Ensure accurate, secure management of student records, grades, and related academic data.
• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and day- to- day operations of student information systems.
Collaboration, Service, and Team Development
• Support departmental initiatives and institutional committees that support student success and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to improve workflows, student services, and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to a supportive, professional team environment and participate in cross- training as needed.
Other Duties
• Contribute to team efforts by taking on new responsibilities as needed; seeking opportunities to enhance services; and assisting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
