Operation Executive Freight Fwd - Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Ocean Freight

Receive and confirm bookings received from vendors/customers as nominated in timely manner.
Be responsible for implementing processes involved in one of the fields: Ocean Import/Ocean Export
Report service or business failure to Ocean Freight Manager.
Issue HBL/HSWB or Forwarder’s Cargo Receipts to vendors.
Ensure local charges are informed to shippers in a timely and accurately manner.
Collect documents from vendors and dispatch to the right receivers if requested.
Maintain sailing schedules to be updated on- timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer.
Work closely with Sales, Suppliers, Pricing, Others support teams to archive customer’s satisfaction.
Other tasks as designed by superior.
Arrange booking with carriers; update systems & release bill of lading, invoices, payment to suppliers.

Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
Good command of English.
Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office.
Be dependable and truthful
Be a team player, detailed and accurate
Have from 01 to 03 years experience in one of the fields: Ocean Import/Ocean Export
