Well co- ordinate with relevant team (Sale/ export, Import/ Logistics/ Invoicing) to make sure whole process is properly follow.
确保按照进出口程序完成日常运作。
Ensure daily operations are completed as per Import/ export procedures.
与相关团队（销售/出口、进口/物流/发票）保持良好的协调，确保整个流程得到正确执行。
Handle documentation for import- export shipments from get booking until close a file, including main jobs below:
- 处理从预订到关闭文件的进出口货物的文件，包括以下主要工作：

根据客户/销售的要求，检查和更新航空公司、航空公司、装载机的时间表；并应销售/客户的要求进行预订，与承运商/协运商进行预订
Follow and report cargo schedule
Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co- loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client, Get booking with carrier/ co- loader
制作所有文件（账单、填写AMS/ACI/AFR、发送预警、付款……）以完成进出口流程
Open customs declarations.
Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre- alert, do payment ….) to finish the import- export process

Assist and report to Operation Manager.
Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements
Daily update data into company’s system.

每天更新公司系统的数据。

大学毕业，经济、外贸、海事等专业。
具有独立工作能力和团队协作能力，具备多项任务和时间管理能力。
Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
Fluent in Chinese ( Chinese is preferred) , English (listening, speaking and writing skill)- Microsoft office
中文流利（中文优先），英文（听、说、写）- 微软办公软件
University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
具有高度的责任心、灵活性、吃苦耐劳、乐于学习。
At least 3 years with knowledge in all fields: Air & sea freight forwarding and logistics operation, Domestic delivery.
至少3年以上相关专业知识：空运、海运、物流、国内配送。
良好的谈判沟通能力
High responsibility, flexibility, hard- working, and willing to learn more.
Willing to learn and high motivated.
Good negotiation and communication skill
