JOB OVERVIEW
As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all event operations, ensuring that events are executed on time, with high quality, and cost efficiency. You will work closely with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to plan, negotiate, supervise execution, and ensure smooth event operations. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and process management expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Train and guide the operations team, improving work efficiency and skill development.
• Request and review quotations from suppliers, negotiating costs to optimize the event budget.
• Monitor setup, operation, and dismantling of events, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Handle on- site issues and unexpected situations, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to supervise execution, ensuring material quality and proper setup.
• Source, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers (production, equipment, event staff, logistics, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and event operation protocols.
• Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
• Prepare post- event reports and evaluations, suggesting improvements for future events.
• Plan and oversee event execution, ensuring adherence to the timeline and client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and budget management.
• At least 3 years of experience in event operations or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning tools.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Probation period: 2 months.
• Working hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 6:00 PM (flexible hours).
