Operations And Logistics Coordinator

Collaborate with the factory to address any issues or delays that may arise that may impact supply chain operations.
Communicate effectively with suppliers and other vendors to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
Arrange samples for testing, evaluation, and various other purposes as required.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in logistics and supply chain management to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics and operations- related inquiries and issues.
Liaise with forwarders to organize transportation and logistics operations efficiently.
Manage supplier contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods.
Send shipping instructions to third- party inspection companies and coordinate inspections as needed.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Operations to support the overall supply chain and operations functions.
Coordinate shipping instructions with supply chain & logistic team, operations team, supplier, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and supply chain best practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, forwarders, and other stakeholders.
Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
