Operations Assistant

Responsibilities
Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service? As an Operations Assistant at Hub Hoi An, you will be instrumental in maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our vibrant community.

Assist with customer management tasks, delivering outstanding service and support.
Help plan and execute community events to foster member engagement.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Tackle various challenges daily and develop effective solutions independently.
Serve as the primary contact for contractors, managing basic construction and maintenance tasks (electricians, construction workers, etc.).
Maintain and update company spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken.
Excellent time management abilities and organizational skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and data management.
Capable of conveying basic technical information related to facilities and maintenance.
Open to job entrants with minimal work experience.
Independent problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
Bright, eager to learn, and positive attitude.
