Store Operations Management (40%):
Product:
Manage and arrange product in the warehouse according to stockroom’s guideline.
Follow up transfer plan of stores, controlling inventory in the most reasonably and effectively method.
Display and control products in quantity and details, on floor and stockroom.
Take responsible for managing loss & prevention.
VM/Retail standard:
Store check weekly and work closely with store Leaders to ensure and enhance retail standard.
Follow up with VM to ensure product displayed follow VMD and VM’s direction.
Staffs
Follow up plan headcount for special occasion (public holiday, MSS, ESS, …).
Check and follow up Duty Roster, Daily Planner to make sure stores have enough manpower to handle workload.
Ensure that all operations activities are compliant with company’s policies, company’s procedures and local legal.
People Management (30%):
Solve and report all the facts involved to personnel in store, work with SOE to make the developing plan, training and evaluation based on policy.
Ensure required behavior and action standards of individuals in team, make them pure and progressive working environment.
Control and motivate staff to achieve target.
Follow up recruitment status and chasing TA timely to ensure headcount for stores.
Flexibility in problem solving and provide solutions.
Operate weekly/monthly meeting and train, coach employee, report problems, share information to related department to improve.
Set up and execute the performance evaluation standards of store/employee.
Share experience and information to store team for improvement.
Administration task (30%):
Work with PMD/IT on any maintenance needs according to brand’s standard and all issues are addressed to a timely manner.
Attend floor for urgent situations relating to client service.
Manage the order of stationery and retail equipment effectively.
Support for all administration work for staff sales operations.
Following the review process, attendance records are forwarded to the HR department for final approval.
Do monthly incentive.
Record and follow up result of action plan or competition for push sales.
Follow up HR procedure & process of in/out staffs.
Responsible for consolidating uniform orders for all retail staffs.
