Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role as an Operations Manager at Hio. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations of our healthcare and lifestyle service. This includes managing the delivery of personalized healthcare services, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high- quality standards. You will also be responsible for team management and ensuring a seamless experience for our senior clients.
Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or a related field
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem- solving and decision- making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and elderly care services
