KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Strategy
• Develop short- term and long- term operational strategies aligned with Bonbon’s business direction.
• Analyze operational data to propose improvements to the business model and user experience.
Process & Service Quality Management
• Design and standardize processes related to car rentals, customer support, incident handling, and logistics.
• Monitor service quality KPIs and ensure SLA compliance with customers and car host partners.
Resource & System Coordination
• Optimize operational costs and asset utilization (vehicles, devices, personnel, and technology platforms).
• Work closely with departments such as R&D, CS, Sales, and Engineering to coordinate product and service deployment.
Team Management & Training
• Establish performance monitoring systems and career development pathways for operations/customer service personnel.
• Recruit, train, and build the Operations and Customer Services team.
Risk Supervision & Incident Handling
• Act as the primary point of contact for responding to and coordinating critical operational incidents.
• Build a risk control framework for assets (vehicles, devices), people, and legal compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferred: Experience in operating O2O (online to offline) or shared asset business models.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to rapid growth environments.
• Having a Master&039;s degree is an advantage
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or fields related to automotive operations.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities.
• Exceptional system, process, and people management skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of operations experience in startups, logistics, mobility, or tech platforms.
