- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Manage Subcontract and Supply Chain to support operation (VT warehouse, workshop, VT base office, helicopter, supply vessels).
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
- Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets and minimize costs.
- Manage and control production operations and maintenance as the asset owner by setting and driving execution of business strategies and plans to ensure optimization and commercialization of assets and facilities to meet customers&039; hydrocarbon supply and maximize stakeholders&039; returns.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost- effective operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of oil & gas production operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Operate and Maintain the Offshore CPP and unmanned wellhead platform under the management and supervision of the Client/Owner and as per the Safety Case.
- Having strong experience in preparing bidding proposals for CPP Operation Packages, including Execution Plans, Method Statement, Procedures, etc.
- Manage onshore business support from home office this will include HR (including Training and Competence), Commercial, Procurement, logistics, etc.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
- Manage onshore support services from the owner&039;s office in HCMC and the VT storage and materials base.
