The Operations Manager (OM) and Academic Manager (AM) will form a management team working closely together managing the delivery of the program to the committed standard.
The OM will work with schools and provide overall leadership for and direct management to the Five Star In- School program operations team, delivery of contracts signed with partner schools, guaranteeing smooth operations of the Five Star In- School Program.
Basic Functions & Responsibilities
- To form and maintain connections with key school stakeholders to drive sales for (new and returning schools on) the Five Star In- School program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supporting departments of the company e.g. F&A, HR, PR/Marketing and other business lines.
- Feedback/ideas and on- going support for product development and improvement.
- Coordinate closely with other functional departments e.g Academic and Relationship Management teams for the best possible implementation of the program.
- To manage and be responsible for effective operations of assigned In- School Program.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- In coordination with the Academic team, supervise the generation and distribution of reports, which includes but not limited to both internal operations reports and student progress reports to be sent to partner schools and students/parents.
- Build and manage an energetic, effective and supportive team of operations.
- To recruit new schools that meet the criteria for the Five Star In School program.
- Actively manage the licensing work for programs on sales with partner schools and DOET/MOET.
- Control and manage daily operational activities of the Five Star In- School program.
- Overseeing and managing teaching materials & resources
- In coordination with AM, supervise placement tests, parents’ presentations and parents meetings at schools.
- In coordination with the Academic team, supervise collecting customer’s feedback (students, parents, TAs, homeroom teachers, etc.) and share the results with the Academic and Relationship management teams to decide on appropriate follow- up.
- Provide support in dealing with MOET, DOET, District Dept ‘s inspection and regular checking.
- Provide subordinates with coaching, on the job training, mentoring and leadership that helps them achieve set targets.
- In coordination with F&A, supporting payment for training/service delivered.
