Operations Manager (Event)

Operations Manager will be in charge of customers in FMCG, Nutrition, and insurance. Organizing events related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions
Currently, our customers are in FMCG, Nutrition and insurance. Organizing events related to conferences, seminars, exhibitions.

– Developing and gaining Acceptance of Operation Plans;
– Developing production and delivery;
– Managing workload. Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team;
– Setting and maintaining timelines and priorities for every project;
– Delivering events on time and within budget;
– Training and Developing Subordinates;
– Managing supplier relationships;
– Communicating and maintaining client relations;
– Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
– Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
– Travelling to on- site inspections and project managing events;
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8: 30- 17:30

– 3-4 years of experience in a similar position;

– Strong communication and interpersonal skill;

– Priority is given to application members who have a technical mindset;

– Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organizing events related to conferences, seminars and exhibitions in FMCG, Nutrition and insurance;

– 13th-month Salary;

– 02 months salary for personal target and more;

– Quarterly bonus based on company performance;
