Operations Manager (Expat)

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem- solving abilities, and a proven track record in managing teams in a fast- paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support invoicing and sales order forecasting
- Improve internal and external communications
- Develop and implement business protocols to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate shipping plans and complete necessary documents
- Oversee invoicing and accounts payable
- Manage data collection for business growth and customer service metrics
- Create procedures and KPIs
- Evaluate and resolve claims
- Cross- check purchase orders and manage data entry
- Answer inquiries about production and warranty
- Process transportation plans and execute shipping documents
- Ensure operations remain on time and within budget
- Support spare parts ordering and inventory management
- Evaluate export market information and transportation costs
- Train new employees in their roles
- Maintain communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct revenue reviews by customer
- Assist with contract agreements and provide production specifications
- Lead and support a small team in a demanding environment
- Track staffing needs and hire new employees as necessary
- Monitor and allocate products for shipping
- Collaborate with compliance department to meet customer expectations
- Support new employee IT setup and assist with HR tasks
Qualifications:
- Must Understand Import & Export protocols.
- Having from 10 years working experience of Operations Experience.
- Very good understanding ERP systems.
- Has experience with Customer Service.
- Have a high level of Excel experience.
