Operations Manager (Lavis 18 Residence)

Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis
Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD teams
Coach and develop the Heads of Department reporting to him/her, through objective setting and personal development, to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
Respond to audits that are completed by the company or external ones, to ensure continual improvement is achieve. Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Lead and manage front office, housekeeping food and beverage, admin, and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Seek and respond to Guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction, ensure to maintain active floor presence on a daily basis
Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify where needed
Work independently to actively manage key property goals (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment, administration)
Ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results
Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel/serviced apartment budgets and other short and long- term strategic goals and monitor their implementation
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
Oversee day- to- day operations across all business units, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery. Be instrumental in the development of new service initiatives
Other tasks are assigned by line manager
Ensures brand and regional business initiatives are implemented and communicates follow- up actions to team as necessary
Implement and maintain operational standards across properties to ensure a seamless guest experience

Bachelor&039;s degree of related professions.
Ability to analyze, quantify, solve problems well, good judgment.
Good in writing reports and presentations
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office
Be progressive, be highly responsible, to be aware of service, with stand high pressures.
Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
Working location: Dist.3, HCMC
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi- task
Previous Property Manager experience in hotels/serviced apartments environment is required.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
Be willing to work overtime when needed
Working Time: 44h/ week, Monday to Friday (8:00 am- 5:00 pm) & Saturday morning (8:00 am- 12:00 pm)
Business- related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
