You are a skilled leader with a strong background in operations, staff management, maintenance (facilities) and optionally F&B? As an Operations Manager at Hub Hoi An, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth running of our facilities and staff across all three business units.
Responsibilities
Support the setup and running of our healthy cafe
Continuously work with F&B staff to improve operations
Facility management; identify issues and solutions- work with maintenance staff and contractors to keep our physical location well maintained
Being observant and proactively noticing facility issues or inefficiencies
Negotiating with construction contractors, researching methods/options to evaluate and make the best decision on small construction & maintenance
F&B focus: inventory, quality control, optional: menu, design
Manage staff for cleaning, security, kitchen, and waiters across 3 business units
If necessary, working hands- on on F&B tasks or (rarely) maintenance tasks
Requirements
Notice & solve problems proactively and independently
Experience being responsible for physical facilities (maintenance)
Strong skills in staff oversight, quality control, and operational excellence
Ability to continuously improve efficiency and optimize processes
Speak some English (ideally fluent)
F&B or Hospitality experience is a plus
Small local business experience
Highly organized for your own tasks & your team&039;s tasks
Native Vietnamese
Experience in operations management or a related field
