IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (High Standard)
Must be able to apply AI tools to optimize workflows (no manual- style management).
Strong ability to motivate and manage both professional and frontline staff.
Minimum 4 years of management experience in Serviced Apartments, Hotels, or F&B chains.
Leadership Mindset
Experience
Fluent in all 4 skills: Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing.
Ready to handle urgent operational issues when needed.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in Boutique/Chain Homestay or similar models.
Technology & AI
Ownership Attitude
Solid working knowledge of OTAs, and proficiency with PMS, CMS, and related systems.
English Proficiency (Required)
You’ll work closely with international partners and stakeholders.
Think and act like a business owner.
Capable of optimizing team performance and building a high- efficiency culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure end- to- end operation of 80 units runs smoothly with top- tier guest experience.
Work with the CEO to standardize SOPs, build systems, and prepare for replication and expansion.
System Building (Scale- up Focus)
Build competency frameworks and training systems to expand the team to 20–30 staff in 2026.
Crisis & Problem Solving
Team Leadership & Coordination
Directly manage and maximize performance across a 15+ person operations team (Housekeeping, Technical, CSKH, etc.).
Operational Excellence
Serve as the final escalation point for any operational emergencies (24/7 when required).
COMPENSATION & GROWTH PATH
Fixed Salary: 12,000,000 VND
Compensation will be re- negotiated based on actual management performance.
Phase 2 — Evaluation (Month 2–3)
Salary: 20,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND + Social Insurance (BHXH).
You will receive direct mentorship from the CEO to learn the system, culture, and operation model.
Phase 1 — Onboarding (Month 1)
Phase 3 — Official Role

Profit- sharing based on leadership capability and operational ownership.
Age Requirement: 25–40
Off Days: 1 day per week (flexible)
Annual Leave: Additional 12 days/year after 2 months of employment
