The Operations Manager is a critical role responsible for the efficient and effective management of the organization&039;s daily operations. Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and performance indicators.
Ensure the timely and quality delivery of program activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health and education programs.
Operations Management:
· Oversee procurement and supply chain management.
· Develop and implement efficient operational systems and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and donor requirements.
· Manage the day- to- day operations of the organization, including HR, finance, and logistics.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance and identify cost- saving opportunities.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to donors and management.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
Human Resources:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Grant Management:
Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements.
Develop and manage grant proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with donors.
Partnership Development:

Representation:
