Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to achieve peak efficiency in warehouse management, order fulfillment, and delivery operations.
Analyze operational metrics such as inventory levels, order fulfillment time, delivery time, return rates, and cost of returns to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Lead, mentor, and expand the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse teams, both in- house and third- party, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and that orders are fulfilled accurately.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and advancements in logistics and operational best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve Ru9’s operational processes.
Develop and manage budget for operations department, including cost analysis and optimization.
Manage the Delivery team, including in- house drivers and third- party logistics providers, to ensure timely and high- quality delivery services.
Lead the Coordinator team in managing the order flow from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the warehouse, delivery teams, and customers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to align operations with broader company objectives and to ensure a positive customer experience.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
Knowledge of the mattress industry or large- item home delivery is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using data to inform and guide operational decisions.
Proven track record of scaling operations and increasing efficiency within a fast- paced environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a D2C or e- commerce environment.
