Operations Risk Officer/Nhân Viên Kiểm Soát Rủi Ro

Compile monthly and quarterly reports from functional teams to send to Head of Operations.
Conduct and report transaction testing/ control testing across Operations.
Responsible for operational risk management including Non- Financial Risk Assessment (NFRA) and Risk Based Control Test (RBCT).
Ensure assessment and detection of all risks that may adversely affect the company’s operation efficiency and objectives, and work with regional team, local team/Compliance and Risk management for taking appropriate measures/remedies.
Responsible for managing internal communication activities of Operations.
Work with operational functional teams and Local Compliance & Risk, Regional function to complete NFRA, RBCT following approved scope.
Implement department’s communication activities

Strong communication and interpersonal skill to work well in a team environment.
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Experience on insurance or related jobs is advantages.
Good at English is preferred.
Strong time- management and organizational skills.
Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...).
Proactive and willing to collaborate with various departments and different suppliers.
