Operations Specialist

Support direct manager on other operation.
Review financial and non- financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Maintain a deep knowledge of market and industry of company.
Develops and implements growth strategies.
Meeting arrangement and management.
Monitor company key task implementation.
Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.
Translate document.

Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point.
Good communication in English or Chinese (priority candidate can use both of Chinese and English).
High responsibilities and good interpersonal skills.
Willing to work under high pressure.
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/ operation metrics is a strength.
Graduated from university with majors in Economics, Languages, or related fields.
