Organizational Development Executive

Be responsible for capability management to ensure that the organization’s workforce is operating at optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop tools and processes to access and enhance the process as well as evaluate efficiency of implementation.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and lead initiatives that drive organizational growth and transformation.
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to monitor productivity.
Optimize resources through the measurement and evaluation of work performance.
Analyze organizational/team processes to identify areas of improvement and increase efficiency.
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce cost, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Implement a competency framework that aligns with the organization&039;s strategic goals.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with a focus on achieving results.
Excellent analytical skills with data driven decision making and data management.
Over 2 years of experience, preferably within an IT or technology- focused organization.
Preference for candidates with proven track record of successfully leading projects.
