Planning and Coordination
- Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of schedules and resources.
- Develop and implement outfitting and commissioning plans.
Execution Management
- Supervise the outfitting and commissioning teams, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor the progress of outfitting and commissioning activities, addressing any issues or delays.
- Ensure a timely and correct completion of the commissioning report and presentation to the Customer / Class.
Technical Oversight
- Ensure all systems and equipment are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the outfitting and commissioning teams.
- Resolve technical issues that arise during the outfitting and commissioning processes.
Quality Assurance
- Prepare and maintain documentation for quality assurance and compliance purposes
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests to ensure the quality and functionality of installed systems and equipment
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures for outfitting and commissioning activities
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular updates on the status of outfitting and commissioning activities. Conduct thorough inspection
- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
and tests to ensure the quality and functionality of installed systems.
Address any concerns or requests from stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Safety and Compliance
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure all outfitting and commissioning activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
