OutSystems Web Development (English/Japanese)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure reusability by correctly isolating core services and reducing maintenance costs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Work on both front- end and back- end development, integrating various technologies as needed.
• Design, develop, and maintain OutSystems applications
• Ensure that applications follow best practices in performance, architecture, and maintainability.
• Conduct technical reviews and recommend best practices.
• Identify non- functional requirements, integration needs, and common UI/UX guidelines across all OutSystems applications.

Must have
• Strong knowledge of: Front- end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Back- end: C, Java.
• Relational Databases: MS SQL and/or Oracle.
• Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
• English, Japanese proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in full- stack development.
• Ability to design and validate scalable application architectures.
• At least 5 years of experience in web development.
Nice to have
• Hands- on experience with OutSystems platform.
• OutSystems certification (Reactive Web Developer, Specialist).
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns.
• Experience in application lifecycle management and governance.
