Oversea Logistic & Planning Officer

This is a temporary headcount, which will last for 8 months. You will receive all the benefits similar to a full- time employee.
Import and Export Process :

Coordination and management of forwarders and related sections to proceed import and export shipments smoothly.
Prepare and finalize import and export documentation for customs procedures.
Arrange bookings and follow import and export shipments accordings delivery terms.

Planning:

Support to balancing the inventory of finished goods of two warehouses to decide on transferring goods to the Hanoi warehouse, according to stock policy.
Schedule batches (production’s orders and materials) for daily production plans
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Excellent in Excel / Excel + Power Query (prefered)
Detail- oriented, Meticulous, Responsibility
Statistics and analytic skills
Knowledge about Customs procedure (Import/Export), experience in Forwarder or internal Logistics Department
At least 6 months experience in Oversea Logistic- Import/Export
