Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ensure stores achieve sales targets:
Plan and implement sales strategies and propose promotional programs to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue goals
Generate daily sales reports.
Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue: Store sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Store Operations Management:
Ensure the store’s image (product display, cleanliness, fixed asset maintenance, inventory management, etc.) and report to direct management if any issues arise.
Provide necessary information to management regarding sales activities and store operations.
Ensure employees’ appearance is neat and adheres to the brand standards.
Plan and propose efficient operational solutions for direct management.
Support budget management and monitor operational expenses of the store.
Generate daily/monthly/quarterly reports as required by management.
Customer Service:
Provide service to customers according to the brand and company standards, delivering the best customer experience.
Maintain and develop close relationships with customers.
Assist customers in resolving issues with products or services, handling customer complaints (if any).
Inventory Management:
Analyze and propose appropriate purchasing solutions based on the business situation in the managed store.
Handle incidents related to goods: discrepancies, negative inventory, errors in the HO system, etc.
Monitor inventory and conduct daily stock counts to ensure an adequate quantity of goods in the store.
Collaborate with departments to resolve inventory discrepancies (if any).
Store and handle goods according to regulations to prevent losses due to operational errors.
Requirements
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail of high- end products.
Good communication skills, ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High school graduate, preference given to candidates with vocational/college/university education.
English communication skills are an advantage.
Able to work in shifts and willing to work overtime when necessary.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Possess team management skills, ability to train and guide employees.
