Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ensure all stores achieve sales targets:
Collaborate in developing business strategies with the Area Operations Manager (AOM) and Operations Manager (OM).
Propose plans, implement, and monitor business activities of the stores at each business stage.
Manage assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to revenue: Store chain sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), ATV (Average Transaction Value), Customer Satisfaction, etc.
Store Operations Management:
Ensure employees&039; appearance is neat and adheres to the brand standards.
Plan and implement efficient operational solutions.
Ensure the store&039;s image (product display, cleanliness, fixed asset maintenance, inventory management, etc.) meets the company&039;s operational standards.
Take responsibility for managing the budget and monitoring operational expenses of the stores.
Propose the development and implementation of regulations, procedures, policies, and programs for the stores.
Customer Service:
Resolve customer complaints (if any).
Manage customer files and monitor employee customer care.
Develop a strategy to maintain and grow the store&039;s loyal customer base, proposing programs for VIP customers.
Control the quality of customer service according to the brand and company standards, ensuring the best customer experience.
Inventory Management:
Control operational processes to ensure the prevention of loss or damage to goods.
Coordinate with other departments to implement and resolve issues related to the goods of the managed store chain.
Analyze and collaborate with the purchasing department (Merchandise) to make appropriate buying decisions based on the business situation at the stores.
Provide guidance to personnel in the event of incidents such as negative sales, incorrect sales codes, inventory discrepancies, etc.
Human Resources Management:
Take responsibility for recruitment, training, and personnel development aligned with the goals of individuals and the company.
Build a healthy and fair environment based on the company&039;s business philosophy and core values.
Ensure the rights and obligations of employees: attendance tracking, working hours, overtime, labor contracts, leave, resignations, work assignments, handling incidents, etc.
Requirements
Intermediate/ College/ University degree in Marketing or a related field.
Good communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Data analysis skills and strategy development, experience using sales reporting tools (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the high- end retail industry, with at least 1 year in a store chain management role.
Leadership skills, inspirational abilities, training, and guidance for employees.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop sales strategies.
Passionate and highly responsible in the workplace.
Fluency in English is an advantage.
