We are looking for a Partnership Executive (open for Middle/Senior level) who will be responsible for identifying the company’s growth opportunities through referral networks, and maximizing performance of these networks to achieve the sales targets. You will be one of key members to our dynamic Growth team, together making a huge impact in the sustainable growth of PMAX.
Job Description
Channel Establishment:
Build & manage channels:
+ Develop positive working relationships with channel sales reps and referrers to build business.
+ Research, hunt, and establish referral relationships with potential referrers: PMAXers, Freelancers, etc.
+ Support Growth Director to build and continuously modify the channel sales strategy and referral program to maximize both the scalability and productivity.
+ Plan & manage the implementation of strategic referral channels: clients (work with account team) and vendors/partners (work with purchasing team).
Business Development:
Address channel related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and enhance the monetization of each channel through scalable programs, continuously seeking for qualified deals from referrers (and coordinating the referrers with the internal team to close the deal if possible).
Coordinate with channel sales reps and referrers to create and execute business plans to meet ambitious sales goals.
Build resources to educate/support channel sales reps and referrers about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Cross functional collaboration:
Work with the vendor/purchasing team on partnership agreements.
Work with the marketing team on B2B marketing activities targeting both partners and clients.
Work with the front- office project team on planning and delivering clients’ projects.
Work with all other cross- functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth.
Work with the account team on the referral approach strategy for each client.
Work with the product team on feedback and suggestions of the solutions, systems, and tools for both partners and clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Must have
Strong problem solving and research skills.
Strong partner management, alliance, and business development experience combined with solid understanding of marketing and agency business.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English – IELTS >=6.5 or relevant.
Minimum of 1 year successful referral, channel sales, strategic partnership or sales experience in general in professional B2B environments.
A proven performer, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to accomplish both near and long- term objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense.
Strong commitment for business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
Strong relationship and networking skills.

Self- motivated with a can- do attitude, bringing optimism and positive energy to the team.
Experiences working in agencies or other marketing companies.
