Reporting and analysis: Regularly track, report, and analyze the performance of partnership campaigns and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
Team leadership and coordination: Supervise and guide junior team members, including

Having a strong KOL/KOC network
Proficient in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a solid understanding of social media trends and content creation.
The ability to edit short videos using tools such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to drive and lead partnership strategies independently.
Experience in partnership management, KOL/KOC management, or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially in Excel for tracking project data and reports.
Good project management skills, communication, and negotiation skills
