WHO WE ARE:
The Partnership Executive will be responsible for establishing and managing vendor relationships to support the growth and success of the Vietnam Outsourcing Hub (VOH) business. This role involves vendor enrollment, performance management, engagement activities, and cross- functional coordination to ensure effective vendor partnerships
Vietnam Outsourcing Hub connects clients seeking reliable outsourcing service providers in Vietnam with top local companies. Our mission is to position Vietnam as a premier BPO destination while empowering Vietnamese outsourcing firms to compete on the global stage. We are seeking a professional Partnership Executive to grow business with us.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Project Coordination: Work closely with the Project Manager and cross- functional teams to support business- wide objectives.
Vendor performance management: Coordinate with sales team to identify and define key metrics for each partner. Work closely with vendors to ensure alignment with these metrics, including building metric reports and establishing efficient working processes. Regularly review and update performance reports to track vendor achievements and address any gaps.
Establish vendor engagement activities: Assist in developing vendor engagement strategy to enhance partnership relationships and loyalty. Plan and implement collaborative activities with partners to drive engagement and strengthen partnerships.
Vendor Enrollment: Build and maintain high- level relationships with partners, ensuring alignment with VOH’s standards and goals. Lead Discussion and Negotiation the MOUs agreement. Gather vendor information and create vendor profile.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
English efficiency level at writing and reading. Speaking level at basic.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various vendor- related activities.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in BPO industry is an advance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with B2B clients or partners.
Experience in managing partnerships and performance metrics is a plus.
WORKING HOURS: 9AM- 6PM | Monday- Friday
WORK LOCATION: 9th Floor, Ree Tower, 9 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, HCMC
