ROLES:
A Partnership Manager is a strategic role focused on developing and managing relationships with DAFC’s key corporate partners and strategic landlords to recruit new customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partnership Development & New Client Acquisition
Develop and manage a turnkey corporate gifting strategy for DAFC and its brands, tailored for C- level clients, key accounts, and institutional buyers.
Cultivate relationships with concierge services, luxury travel agents, and private client advisors Corporate Gifting Program
Drive revenue growth by creating tailored sales propositions with relevant sales materials for corporate clients, positioning DAFC as the preferred partner for luxury fashion needs.
Drive the commercialization of the gifting program through CRM, outbound sales, and digital platforms.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post- sale relationship management.
Design co- branded initiatives or VIP experiences that deepen engagement and build long- term loyalty.
Work with brand managers and supply chain to curate seasonal and bespoke gifting packages.
Identify and build strategic partnerships with luxury- aligned industries (e.g., banking, hospitality, real estate, automotive) to reach new ultra- high- net- worth individuals (UHNWIs) and corporate clients.
Stakeholder & Landlord Collaboration
Report performance results and propose continuous improvement strategies to partners.
Act as the key marketing liaison with strategic landlord partners, including Trang Tien Plaza (Hanoi) and Rex Hotel (HCMC), as well as ensuring alignment of marketing calendars, shared campaigns, and joint events.
Build bespoke marketing activations that highlight DAFC brands within flagship locations.
Cross- functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Brand Marketing, Retail/Product, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure seamless execution of partnership and corporate sales contracts.
Act as a key point of contact to provide training and guidance to relevant teams on partnership programs, processes, and integration.
Additional tasks may be required following business needs
Work with the Marketing Operations team to plan and execute PR activities, partnership signing ceremonies, and other promotional events that enhance the visibility of strategic alliances.
